GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE 

The conservation and sustainability of the ecosystems that we visit is a priority, so it is not allowed to collect stones, shells, sand, plants or animals.

Should we find plastic or any other polluting elements we are happy to pick it up and take it to the port for recycling. It is forbidden to throw trash or litter into the sea.

All guests that contract and enjoy our tours are responsible of being healthy enough for this kind of activities.

Any illness or disease that could be worsen or could affect the ordinary performance of the tour must be communicated to Posidony before the booking and before the tour.

In case of signs related to COVID-19 during the 15 days prior to boarding, the activity will not be possible. It is the client’s responsibility to know their health status and is co-responsible for the health and safety of Posidony workers.

BOOKINGS

For finishing your booking we ask for a deposit of  99€ for private tours through the following channels:

Cash 

In case of weather or sea conditions make it impossible to perform the activity it will be rescheduled. If that is not possible, the prepayment will be refunded entirely. The route will be decided by the skipper, depending on customer’s preferences, weather and sea conditions, being safety and amusement the guidelines for it.

The payment of the deposit means the acceptance of the terms of use.

CANCELLATION

If you want to cancel your booking contact us as soon as possible

For cancelations within 7 days before the activity there will be no refund of the prepayment. For cancelations earlier than 7 days before the activity there will be full refund of the prepayment except for administrative fees (9€)

Refunds will be done in the same payment method the reservation has been done.

If the cancellation is due to restrictions to the free mobility of people no charges will apply.

ON BOARD

As our tours include swimming in the sea it is not allowed to use any type of shoes aboard.

LUGGAGE – Maximum luggage allowed is a small backpack or hand bag.

AIR BEDS – The use or airbeds or any other kind of floating devices is not allowed, with the exception of those for children.

ITINERARIES

The route will be decided by the skipper, depending on guests’ preferences, weather and sea conditions, being safety and amusement the guidelines for it.

Minimum age recommended: 3 years old.

GoPro CAMERAS

Last generation GoPro camera is included. A camera for every 2/3 passengers.

Videos and pictures will be send (internet/email) within 3 to 7 days after the end of the tour.

The intelectual property of the images belongs to Posidony, and could be used for promotion and advertisement of the services that Posidony provides. The images will never be sell or donated to third parties.

Those images that could affect the reputation of the customer will not be used in any case.

Posidony fulfil with the LOPD (Law of Protection of Personal Data).

The payment of the deposit means the acceptance of the terms of use.
